纳米技术(NT)则是近年来发展起来的一门很有前景的新兴高科技学科。它是以长度在0.1~100nm空间尺度内操纵原子和分子,进行材料深加工,制造具有特定功能的产品、也可对某物质进行研究、掌握其原子和分子的运动规律和特性的学科。用途非常广泛,就检验医学领域,已取得初步成果的有:在磁性纳米粒方面有,生物活性物质和异生质分析与检测以及生物活性物质或细胞的富集等;在纳米粒子方面有:可作为定量标签用于生物分析,作为信号的转导物等。随着纳米技术的发展,检验技术也将随着发展,两者相关性极为密切。
