本文针对当前在齿轮缺油计算理论研究中存在的问题进行了探讨。本文认为,Winter和Blok提出的平均油膜厚度缺油计算方法,不能有效解决工业齿轮传动的缺油计算问题。笔者对Blok教授推导的平均油膜厚度计算公式进行了理论分析,指出了公式引起计算误差的原因,并对Blok公式进行了修正。本文认为,各国在齿轮传动供油理论研究中引起观点分歧的原因之一,与齿轮传动缺油计算理论的不够完善有关。针对这一现实,本文对齿轮传动的缺油现象提出了一个新的分类方法,并提出了“缺油边界临界值”和“缺油临界供油量”的概念及其相应的计算公式。首次把齿轮传动的“缺油”和“供油”计算结合在一起,为分析齿轮传动的缺油危险提供了一个新途径。
In this paper, the current problems in the calculation of gear shortage theory are discussed. This paper argues that Winter and Blok’s proposed method of calculating the oil-free thickness of the average film thickness can not effectively solve the problem of lack of oil in industrial gear drives. The author analyzes the calculation formula of average oil film thickness deduced by Professor Blok, points out the reason that the formula causes the calculation error, and modifies the Blok formula. This paper argues that one of the reasons why countries disagree in the theoretical research of gear transmission oil supply is related to the imperfection of calculation theory of gear transmission lack of oil. In view of this reality, this paper presents a new classification method for the lack of oil in gear transmission, and puts forward the concepts of “critical value of lacking oil” and “critical fuel supply” and its corresponding formulas. For the first time, the “lack of fuel” and “fuel supply” calculations of gear drives combine to provide a new avenue for analyzing the lack of oil in gears.
