为了研究球化处理对轴承钢碳化物网的影响,利用光学显微镜、电子探针等检测方法,对球化处理前后的网状碳化物级别和碳成分进行了分析。结果表明:经过球化处理后,碳化物网状变化情况分为三类,一是网状级别降低;二是网状级别未降低但网状分布减轻;三是网状级别无明显变化。碳化物网状与碳成分分布均匀性相关。在本试验条件下,当碳浓度差小于0.18%时,球化处理后网状级别和分布减轻;当碳浓度差大于0.18%时,球化处理后网状级别和分布依然严重。
In order to study the influence of spheroidizing treatment on the carbide network of bearing steel, the mesh carbide grade and carbon composition before and after the spheroidizing treatment were analyzed by optical microscope, electron probe and other detection methods. The results showed that: after spheroidizing treatment, the changes of carbide mesh were divided into three types, one was the reduction of the mesh grade; the other was that the reticulation level did not decrease but the reticular distribution was alleviated; The carbide network is related to the uniformity of the carbon composition distribution. Under the experimental conditions, when the difference of carbon concentration is less than 0.18%, the reticulation level and distribution are reduced after the spheroidization treatment. When the difference of carbon concentration is more than 0.18%, the reticulation level and distribution are still serious after the spheroidization treatment.
