采用硫酸-苯酚比色法测定白鲜皮粗多糖中总糖含量。白鲜皮粗多糖收率为9.7%,总糖含量为79.20%。
Sulfuric acid-phenol colorimetry was used to determine the total sugar content in white fresh raw polysaccharides. The fresh white polysaccharide yield was 9.7% and the total sugar content was 79.20%.
