目的探讨脑卒中患者的护理措施和体会。方法回顾性分析本院神经二科室2016年1月-2016年12月收治的110例脑卒中患者的临床资料,总结护理措施及体会。结果与结论加强对脑卒中患者的护理干预,包括心理护理、压疮护理、肢体功能锻炼等,可以有效降低脑卒中患者的致残率,减轻患者痛苦及经济负担,提高生活质量,值得广泛应用于临床。
Objective To explore the nursing measures and experience of stroke patients. Methods The clinical data of 110 stroke patients admitted from January 2016 to December 2016 in our department of neurology were reviewed retrospectively. Nursing measures and experiences were summarized. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS Nursing interventions for stroke patients, including psychological care, pressure ulcer care and limb functional exercise, can be effectively reduced to reduce the morbidity and mortality of stroke patients, reduce the suffering and financial burden of patients, and improve their quality of life.
