以某水下C35防钢筋锈蚀混凝土工程为例,研究AMCI迁移型防腐阻锈剂与聚羧酸高性能减水剂的复配适应性和稳定性。通过对坍落度、坍落扩展度、凝结时间和抗压强度及抗钢筋锈蚀性能评价,发现在聚羧酸高性能减水剂组分中引入一定量的AMCI迁移型防腐阻锈剂后,既可确保拌合物的工作性,又可提高抗钢筋锈蚀性,将该法应用于实际工程效果良好。
Taking an underwater C35 reinforced concrete corrosion concrete project as an example, the adaptability and stability of AMCI migration anticorrosion rust inhibitor and polycarboxylate superplasticizer were studied. Through the evaluation of slump, slump expansion, setting time, compressive strength and corrosion resistance of reinforced bar, it was found that a certain amount of AMCI migratory corrosion inhibitor was introduced into the polycarboxylate superplasticizer component, Not only can the workability of the mixture be ensured, but also the corrosion resistance of the reinforcing steel bar can be improved. The method is applied to practical engineering and has good effect.
