试验以北sh2胚乳突变体(超甜3号)为试材,以普通杂交玉米(苏玉1号)为对照,测定了两者的某些结构、生理指标,设计了催芽(Priming)、包衣(Coating)和有机溶剂渗入3种方法进行种子处理,并分早播、适播、迟播3期进行田间播种,考察种子处理方法对提高甜玉米种子田间出苗率、成苗率等的影响.试验结果表明,甜玉米种子活力低下的原因主要是因遗传原因造成的胚乳淀粉积累不足,同时试验表明,甜玉米种子的某些生理指标(如α、β淀粉酶活性)和胚的功能与普通杂交玉米差异不大.种子处理方法对提高早春低温条件下播种的甜玉米种子田间出苗率、成苗率等有显著的效果,最高可提高田间出苗30.7%;各种处理方法中以甘油或丙酮有机溶剂渗入、包衣等方法处理效果较好.根据甜玉米种子表面皱缩易造成种皮损伤的特性,种子包衣技术应用于甜玉米种子生产具有良好的发展前景.
In the experiment, sh2 endosperm mutant (Chao-Tian-3) was used as test material, and some common maize hybrids (Suyu No.1) were used as control.
