2008年5月,广东省某高校因事业编制与非事业编制教职工体检标准的巨大差异,引发了一场非事业编制聘用员工“闹事”的体检风波。在学校的强力干预下,此事得以尽快平息。本文拟从公共伦理的角度出发,探讨引发此次体检风波的成因,分析学校的处理方式的得失,为高校防止此类事件的发生及应急处理提供借鉴参考。
May 2008, a university in Guangdong Province due to compilation of non-establishment and career preparation of staff medical standards for the huge differences in exams, led to a non-establishment of employment staff “trouble ” physical examination storm. With the intense intervention of the school, the matter could be quelled as soon as possible. This article from the perspective of public ethics, explores the cause of the medical examination storm, analysis of the school’s treatment of gains and losses, to provide reference for colleges and universities to prevent such incidents and emergency response.
