蜜蜂花粉团是人工授粉的好粉源

异花授粉的作物在花期放峰,能增加授粉授精率,提高产量.但是不良气候下蜜蜂采蜜少,为作物授粉的效果也差.人工辅助授粉能部份克服不良气候对作物授粉授精的影响,提高产量.但是由于获得花粉数量少、花工多,影响了授粉技术在生产上大面积推广.为寻找获得大量粉源的办法,笔者四年来,在漳浦县荔枝龙眼产区多点蜂群中,采集荔枝,龙眼新鲜的蜜蜂花粉团进行花粉发芽率和贮存力的试验,在室温20℃、2%琼胶、7%葡萄糖培养剂培养三小时,显微镜观察,乌叶荔枝蜜蜂花粉团花粉发芽率69.83%,而同期鲜花花粉发芽率只有69.23%.在室温20℃于干燥器中贮存十天,花粉团发芽率还保持29.57%;龙眼蜜蜂花粉团用同样办法试验,花粉团发芽率高达90.6%,干燥器中贮存十天,花粉团发芽率还保持64.1%.
