目的:建立比格犬胃造瘘及胃电刺激器植入模型,观察胃电刺激对摄食量的影响,并筛选能够抑制犬摄食量的胃电刺激参数。方法:对8只比格犬进行了胃造瘘及可调式胃电刺激器的植入,每只动物进行假刺激及波宽为0.3~9ms不同参数的胃电刺激。观察胃电刺激下犬摄食量及症状的变化,筛选有效刺激参数。结果:胃电刺激可显著减少犬的摄食量,无严重并发症出现。每只犬的有效刺激参数呈现明显的个体化。结论:胃电刺激治疗肥胖需要采用个体化的刺激参数,可调式胃电刺激器较传统的胃电刺激器更有优势。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a beagle dog model of gastric gastrostomy and electrogastimulator implants, to observe the effect of gastric electrical stimulation on food intake, and to screen gastric electrical stimulation parameters that can inhibit the food intake of dogs. Methods: Eight beagle dogs were treated with gastrostomy and adjustable electrogastimulator implantation. Each animal was subjected to sham stimulation and gastric electrical stimulation with different parameters of wave length 0.3 ~ 9 ms. Observed gastric electrical stimulation of food intake and symptoms of changes in screening effective stimulation parameters. Results: Gastric electrical stimulation can significantly reduce the food intake of dogs, no serious complications appear. The effective stimulation parameters for each dog showed obvious individualization. Conclusion: Stomach electrical stimulation for the treatment of obesity requires individualized stimulation parameters. The adjustable gastric electrical stimulation device has more advantages than the traditional gastric electrical stimulation device.
