弯管加工和其它机械加工一样,管件在弯曲前也要定位、夹紧,而后通过一对滚轮的相对滚动使管件成形。其中管子的夹紧机构是保证弯管质量、提高弯管效率、降低劳动强度的重要因素。根据我厂多年来对拖拉机、推土机、汽车等各种规格液压油管的制作,总结了几种夹紧机构,在手动、气动或液压弯管上都通用。一、夹紧机构设计要点 (1)各种夹紧机构在夹紧过程中不损坏管子的几何形状。为此在设计夹紧钳口缝隙时不宜过大,一般取b=1~2mm为宜(见图1)。对薄壁管件更应注意.
