销售及售后技术服务作为汽车生产的派生行业,其直接影响整个汽车产业的发展。本文以我国汽车技术服务与营销人才需求分析为基础,分析了高职院校汽车技术服务与营销专业传统“三段式”课程模式中实践与理论教学相脱离的问题,介绍了“新三段式”的相关概念,并且结合江苏财经职业技术学院的实际情况提出了基于“新三段式”课程模式的高职汽车综合实践教学体系具体的构建方案。
