本文对高职室内设计专业教师到企业实践的制度进行了分析研究。以简要阐述高职教师参与企业实践的重要作用为基础,立足于室内设计专业并通过与现阶段高职教师到企业实践中存在的现实问题相结合,得出优化高职室内设计专业教师到企业实践的制度,诸如建立多方协调机制,加强组织管理制度,落实奖惩激励制度以及强化相关保障制度等切实可行的针对性措施。通过对高职室内设计专业教师到企业实践的制度进行优化,从而有效帮助学生提升实践能力,早日走向工作岗位。
This article analyzes and studies the system of interior design professional teacher to business practice in higher vocational colleges.
