目的探讨广角观察系统在复杂玻璃体视网膜手术中的应用效果。方法在显微镜下应用广角观察系统完成73眼复杂的玻璃体视网膜手术。包括复杂孔源性及牵拉性视网膜脱离。结果经过3m~18m随访,最终解剖复位成功率达94%,视力增加者50眼占68%,不变者19眼占26%,视力减退者4眼占6%。结论应用广角观察系统有利于提高玻璃体视网膜手术疗效。
Objective To explore the application of wide-angle observation system in complex vitreoretinal surgery. Methods A total of 73 eyes underwent complex vitreoretinal surgery under a microscope using a wide-angle observation system. Including complex porosity and traction retinal detachment. Results After 3m ~ 18m follow-up, the successful rate of final anatomical reduction was 94%, 50 eyes of 68 eyes increased, 26 eyes of 19 eyes unchanged and 6 eyes of 4 eyes. Conclusion The application of wide-angle observation system is helpful to improve the efficacy of vitreoretinal surgery.
