[目的]总结分析应用微螺钉种植体支抗结合滑动直丝弓技术近中移动下颌第二磨牙的正畸临床效果。[方法]下颌第一磨牙严重龋坏而拔除无前突畸形且牙列轻度拥挤的患者17例,牙弓排齐整平后0.019×0.025方丝作主弓丝,分别在下颌第一前磨牙和第二前磨牙或下颌尖牙与第一前磨牙牙根间植入微螺钉支抗种植体,前牙结扎,颊侧以支抗钉近中牵引同时尖牙舌侧黏膜舌扣近中牵引下颌第二磨牙。[结果]17位患者经19~27个月的正畸治疗,下颌第二磨牙均达到预期位置并与对颌磨牙建立了良好的功能()关系,X线片示下颌第二磨牙根直立根无吸收。[结论]应用微螺钉种植体支抗结合滑动直丝弓技术能较好的近中移动下颌第二磨牙。
[Objective] To summarize and analyze the clinical effect of orthodontics of mandibular second molar using micro-screw implant combined with sliding straight wire arch technique. [Method] 17 patients with severe mandibular first molars with severe anterior deformity and mild crowding of the dentition were extracted from the mandibular first molars.
