奔赴朝鲜战场的女大学生1950年朝鲜战争爆发后,全国的青年学子积极报名参军。湖南大学英语系包括周缮群、吕斌两位女同学在内的7名同学,被批准参加抗美援朝。志愿军入朝参战后,捕获了大批战俘,急需翻译人员,因此,周缮群和她的同事、原中学英语教师吕章法二人,奉命赶赴朝鲜志愿军战俘营所在地碧潼(位于朝鲜半岛东北部临近中国边境)工作。正在南京大学艺术系学习的方平,也报名参加抗美援朝,随后进入华东军
Female college students who went to the Korean battlefield After the outbreak of the Korean War in 1950, young students across the country actively registered for the army. Hunan University English Department, including Zhouqian Qun, Lu Bin, two female students, including seven students, was approved to participate in the War to Resist USAid Korea. After the volunteer army entered the war, it captured a large number of prisoners of war and was urgently in need of translators. Therefore, Zhou and his colleague Lvzhangfa, two former English teachers in secondary schools, were instructed to rush to Pittun, the location of the North Korean volunteer’s prisoner of war camp (located in the northeastern part of the Korean Peninsula China border) work. Fang Ping, who is studying at Nanjing University’s Art Department, also signed up for the war to support the United States and aid Korea and subsequently entered the East China Army
