发展性教学评价是对学生学习进展与行为变化的评价,评价的功能不在于学业情况的甄别和选拔,也不需要对考试成绩进行排队,而是重在对学生学习的激励、促进。其目的在于帮助学生认识自我,建立自信,同时检验和改进教师的“教”和学生
The evaluation of developmental education is an evaluation of the progress and behavior of students. The function of evaluation is not the screening and selection of academic situation, nor the queuing of test scores, but the encouragement and promotion of students’ learning. Its purpose is to help students recognize themselves and build self-confidence, while testing and improving teachers’ teaching and students
