通常情况下,由于地底压力等原因,原油开采时会出现溢流现象,原油溢流严重时就会形成井涌和井喷现象,井涌和井喷会导致大量原油浪费,造成不可挽回的经济损失,若是在油井开采时间发生,井涌和井喷事故,还会造成人员伤亡,因此,原油开采企业都会采取有效措施对溢流现象加以干预和控制,防止溢流的严重化发展,进行油田井下作业时,需做好井下油流的监控工作以及井控工作,从而避免井涌和井喷事故的发生,确保油田开采安全。本文详细介绍了油田井下作业井控中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。
