有关卡介苗与肿瘤的问题以前曾作过介绍山。近四、五年来,国外有关卡介苗(BGG)防治肿瘤的研究方兴未艾,在动物实验及临床应用方面积累了不少资料。本文拟就五年来有关BGG亚细胞成份的应用、影响疗效的因素、临床应用以及作用机理等方面的新进展作一综述。卡介苗亚细胞成份的应用 BGG作为免疫治疗剂应用时,剂量远超过预防结核病的用量,因肿瘤病人常处于免疫活性不良状态,故可能导致一些危险或甚至是致死的合并症。因此为了达到安全及正确用量的目的,最好分离提纯其有效成份,虽然目前距此目标尚远,但已作了一些工作。 BCG的甲醇提取残余物(BCGMER): 此为BGG菌的甲醇不溶解部份,BGG经
Questions about BCG and tumors have previously been introduced to the mountain. In the past four or five years, foreign research on the prevention and treatment of tumors by BCG has been in progress. A lot of data have been accumulated in animal experiments and clinical applications. This article aims to review the recent progress in the application of BGG subcellular components, factors that influence therapeutic efficacy, clinical applications, and mechanisms of action. Application of BCG subcellular components When BGG is used as an immunotherapeutic agent, the dose far exceeds the amount of tuberculosis prevention. Because tumor patients are often in a state of poor immune activity, it may lead to some dangerous or even fatal complications. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of safety and correct dosage, it is better to separate and purify its effective ingredients.
