梨疱状溃疡类病毒(Pear blister canker viroid,PBCVd)危害仁果、核果类果树,是我国进境植物检疫性有害生物。伴随近年来梨树种植业逐渐趋于产业化和规模化的发展,PBCVd成为梨树种植业健康发展的重要威胁。由于产业发展的需要,梨树繁殖材料的引入也日益频繁,进一步增加了PBCVd传播和扩散的风险。提高对PBCVd的认识,有助于有效防控PBCVd引起的灾害。本文详细介绍了PBCVd的发现及鉴定、生物学及分子生物学特征,对PBCVd的检测方法进行综述,针对今后PBCVd的防控提出建议,展望了今后的相关研究。
Pear blister canker viroid (PBCVd) endangered pome fruit, stone fruit tree, is China’s entry of phytosanitary pests. With the pear-tree planting industry gradually becoming industrialized and large-scale development in recent years, PBCVd has become an important threat to the healthy development of pear tree planting. Due to the needs of industrial development, the introduction of reproductive material of pear trees is also increasingly frequent, further increasing the risk of PBCVd spreading and spreading. Improve the understanding of PBCVd, help to effectively prevent and control the disasters caused by PBCVd. This article describes in detail the discovery and identification of PBCVd, its biological and molecular biological features, reviews the detection methods of PBCVd, makes recommendations for the prevention and control of PBCVd in the future, and looks forward to future related research.
