目的:观察MOTOmed智能训练系统结合运动疗法治疗脑卒中患者下肢肌痉挛的疗效。方法:将40例脑卒中所致的下肢肌痉挛的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。观察组应用MOTOmed智能训练系统结合运动疗法,对照组仅应用运动疗法。8周后根据改良Ashworth痉挛评定量表(MAS)、简式Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)和改良Barthel指数评定法(MBI)对2组患者治疗前、后下肢肌张力、运动功能及生活自理能力进行评定。结果:治疗后2组患者下肢肌张力较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.05),下肢运动功能及日常生活自理能力较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.01),且观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MOTOmed智能训练系统结合运动疗法对脑卒中患者下肢肌痉挛有显著的改善作用,可提高患者下肢运动功能及生活自理能力,且疗效优于单纯的运动疗法。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of MOTOmed intelligent training system combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of lower limb muscle spasm in stroke patients. Methods: Forty patients with lower extremity muscle spasm induced by stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. Observation group MOTOmed intelligent training system combined with exercise therapy, control group only exercise therapy. After 8 weeks, the muscle tension, motor function and self-care of the two groups were evaluated according to Modified Ashworth’s Spasms Scale (MAS), Simple Fugl-Meyer Extensometer (FMA) and Modified Barthel Index (MBI) Ability to assess. Results: The muscle tension of the lower extremities in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P <0.05), and the motor function of the lower limbs and the self-care ability of daily living were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.01) Control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: MOTOmed intelligent training system combined with exercise therapy can significantly improve the lower extremity muscle spasm in patients with stroke, which can improve the lower extremity motor function and self-care ability of patients, and the effect is superior to simple exercise therapy.
