目的研究中药复方回乳抑增一号的HPLC指纹图谱,并分析方中各单味药对全方指纹图谱的贡献度,为复方物质基础和配伍规律研究奠定基础。方法采用高效液相色谱法制备复方及单味药的指纹图谱,色谱条件为:Wondasil C1(84.6mm×250mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈-0.78%NaH2PO4缓冲液(含2%乙酸),梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为290 nm,柱温为25℃。结果建立了同一色谱条件下回乳抑增一号复方及单味药的指纹图谱,复方主要特征峰均找到来源的单味药,且复方中丹参酮ⅡA等成分与对应单味药色谱峰在峰高、峰面积上有所差异。10批回乳抑增一号复方样品的相似度均在0.9364以上。结论建立的HPLC指纹图谱相似度高。复方混煎比单煎在化学成分上有质或量的变化。
OBJECTIVE To study the HPLC fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine Yikunyi Zengzeng No.1, and to analyze the contribution of each single herb in the prescription to the fingerprints of the whole finger, so as to lay the foundation for the study of compound material basis and compatibility law. Methods Fingerprints of compound and single herbs were prepared by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Wondasil C1 (84.6mm × 250mm, 5μm), mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.78% NaH2PO4 buffer (containing 2% acetic acid) Gradient elution at a flow rate of 1 mL / min with a detection wavelength of 290 nm and a column temperature of 25 ° C. Results The fingerprints of Yanshouyizeng No.1 and its single herb were established under the same chromatographic conditions. The main characteristic peaks of the compound were found to be single-sourced medicines, and the peaks of compound tanshinone ⅡA and its corresponding components High, peak area is different. The similarity of the 10 batches of milk repression by the first compound samples were above 0.9364. Conclusion The established HPLC fingerprints have high similarity. Compound decoction than single decoction in the chemical composition of qualitative or quantitative changes.
