本文应用反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定了卡马西平血药浓度，研究了自制卡马西平缓释片和进口卡马西平缓释片在８名健康人体内的药动学和生物利用度。结果表明，两者的各项药动学参数无显著性差异，自制片与进口片的相对生物利用度为１０８．９±２１．５％，表明自制缓释片在药动学和生物利用度方面与进口片相似。
In this paper, the concentration of carbamazepine was determined by reversed-phase HPLC. The pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of carbamazepine sustained release tablets and imported carbamazepine sustained release tablets in eight healthy volunteers were studied. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two pharmacokinetic parameters, the relative bioavailability of self-made tablets and imported tablets was 108.9 ± 21.5%, indicating that self-made sustained-release tablets in pharmacokinetics and bioavailability Similar to the imported film.
