目前平山水源工程穿越兴城河段管道整体埋深偏小,不能满足抗浮和抗冻要求,且此段过河管道已多处存在伤患,历年来采取的临时防护工程未能彻底解决过河管道的供水安全。考虑地方交通部门在管线穿河位置规划修建交通桥将加剧该处河床的冲刷,进一步影响过河管道的供水安全,鉴于平山水源工程在葫芦岛市供水工程中的重要性和平山水源的供水安全,对兴城河段过河管线进行应急加固处理是非常必要的。为此,文章对该段河道的工程地质条件进行了详细地分析和评价。通过分析与评价,可以得出该段河道的建筑场地为可进行建设一般场地,适宜作为管道的地基。

In view of the importance of Pingshan Water Supply Project in the water supply project of Huludao City and the water supply safety of Pingshan Water Supply , It is very necessary to carry out emergency reinforcement treatment of the Xingjiang River cross-river pipeline. Therefore, the article analyzes and evaluates the engineering geological conditions of this section of river in detail. Through the analysis and evaluation, it can be concluded that the construction site of this section of river is a foundation that can be used for construction of general site and suitable for pipeline.
