目的检测儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)腺样体肥大T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,探讨T淋巴细胞亚群免疫功能与伴儿童OSAHS的腺样体肥大的关系。方法将60例患儿分为腺样体肥大伴OSAHS组30例及正常腺样体组30例。采用免疫组化方法检测上述2组T淋巴细胞CD4+、CD8+的表达及CD4+/CD8+值,并分析2组间的差别。结果OSAHS患儿腺样体组织中CD4+、CD8+细胞数及CD4+/CD8+值分别为(0.274±0.072)、(0.156±0.058)、(1.850±0.170),均高于正常腺样体组的(0.161±0.079)、(0.109±0.057)、(1.490±0.140),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中CD4+细胞数明显多于CD8+细胞数。结论OSAHS的腺样体肥大与腺样体T淋巴细胞亚群免疫失衡有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS), and to investigate the relationship between T-lymphocyte subsets immune function and adenoid hypertrophy in children with OSAHS. Methods Sixty children were divided into adenoid hypertrophy with 30 cases of OSAHS group and 30 cases of normal adenoid group. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD4 +, CD8 + and CD4 + / CD8 + in the two groups of T lymphocytes, and the differences between the two groups were analyzed. Results The numbers of CD4 +, CD8 + cells and CD4 + / CD8 + in adenoid tissues of OSAHS patients were (0.274 ± 0.072), (0.156 ± 0.058) and (1.850 ± 0.170) ± 0.079), (0.109 ± 0.057) and (1.490 ± 0.140), respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The number of CD4 + cells was significantly higher than that of CD8 + cells. Conclusion The adenoid hypertrophy in OSAHS is related to imbalance of T lymphocyte subsets in adenoid.
