在当前市场经济和全球工业化大潮冲击下,失业与就业已经成为我国必须面对的难题。但是当前我国失业人员基本生活保障和再就业问题并没有得到很好解决,我国失业保险制度存在许多问题,对失业和促进再就业的影响并没有充分体现出来。因失业而引发的社会矛盾呈加剧之势,一定程度上影响了我国经济体制改革的推进和社会稳定。 Under the current market economy and the global tide of industrialization, unemployment and employment have become the problems our country must face. Many problems exist in the unemployment insurance system in our country, and the impact on unemployment and promotion of reemployment has not been fully reflected.
