针对四支点球轴承传统寿命理论计算存在局限性和采用磨损寿命理论计算时遇到的轴承载荷分布问题 ,从四支点球轴承的结构特征出发 ,提出了计算其载荷分布的新方法——逐步加载法。该方法的预备工作是对四支点球轴承建立坐标系和进行受力分析 ;其基本指导思想是 ,将来自涡轮的水力载荷或井底钻压通过轴承逐步加载到外壳上 ,直至总作用力达到预定值为止 ,从而得出轴承载荷分配。实例表明 ,该计算方法是正确的。
In view of the limitation of theoretical calculation of traditional life expectancy of four-point ball bearing and the bearing load distribution problem encountered in the theoretical calculation of wear life, a new method to calculate the load distribution is proposed based on the structural characteristics of four-point ball bearings law. The preliminary work of this method is to establish the coordinate system of the four ball bearings and to analyze the force.
