本文作者在分析了鞍钢两座150吨转炉的倾动机构存在问题和消化移植宝钢300吨转炉的先进技术的基础上,为鞍钢180吨转炉设计出全悬挂、四点啮合、柔性缓冲的倾动机构。本文对倾动机构的组成,设计特点和设计原则以及计算式和计算结果进行了简介。
Based on the analysis of the existing tilting mechanism of the two 150-ton converters in Ansteel and the advanced technology of digesting the 300-ton converter in Baosteel, the author designed a full-suspension, four-point meshing and flexible buffer tilting mechanism for Ansteel 180-ton converter. In this paper, the composition, design features and design principles of the tilting mechanism as well as the calculation formula and calculation results are introduced.
