不平衡控制是配电网静止同步补偿器(D-STATCOM)在实际应用当中必须考虑的问题。为此,提出了电网电压不平衡条件下配电网静止同步补偿器的两种不平衡控制策略,即面向装置的不平衡控制策略和面向系统的不平衡控制策略。面向装置的不平衡控制策略主要用来改善装置的输出性能和保障装置的安全稳定运行,面向系统的不平衡控制策略主要用来改善公共连接点供电电压的不平衡度。给出了两种控制策略的详细设计过程,并给出了在两种不平衡控制策略下的仿真结果。当采用面向装置的不平衡控制策略时,D-STATCOM能有效地抑制因为不平衡电压带来的波形畸变和装置过流问题;当采用面向系统的不平衡控制策略时,D-STATCOM能有效地解决供电电压质量问题。仿真结果表明所提的不平衡控制策略是正确的、可行的。
Imbalance control is a problem that must be considered in practical application of D-STATCOM. For this reason, two unbalance control strategies are proposed for grid-connected static synchronous compensators under unbalanced grid voltage, that is, device-oriented unbalance control strategy and system-oriented unbalance control strategy. The device-oriented imbalance control strategy is mainly used to improve the output performance of the device and ensure the safe and stable operation of the device. The system-oriented imbalance control strategy is mainly used to improve the imbalance of the supply voltage at the common connection point. The detailed design process of two control strategies is given and the simulation results under two unbalanced control strategies are given. D-STATCOM can effectively suppress the waveform distortion and device over-current caused by unbalanced voltage when using device-oriented unbalance control strategy. When using system-oriented unbalance control strategy, D-STATCOM can effectively Solve the power supply voltage quality problems. Simulation results show that the proposed imbalance control strategy is correct and feasible.
