采用试管二倍稀释法观察荞麦黄酮复合物对阴道毛滴虫体外抑制或杀伤作用,并以甲硝唑和洁尔阴为对照,测定受试药物对滴虫的最低致死浓度(MLC)和抑制率。结果显示:荞麦黄酮复合物较高浓度时对阴道滴虫有杀灭作用,其MLC为:33.75mg/ml生药(稀释度1:8)。其对阴道滴虫的杀伤作用与洁尔阴相似,但弱于甲硝唑。表明荞麦黄酮复合物高浓度(1:8)对阴道滴虫有良好的杀灭作用。
The in vitro inhibition or killing effect of buckwheat flavone compound on Trichomonas vaginalis was observed by two-fold dilution in vitro test tube. Metronidazole and Gyrrole were used as control to determine the minimum lethal concentration (MLC) and the inhibition rate. The results showed that: buckwheat flavonoids at higher concentrations of Trichomonas vaginalis kill, the MLC is: 33.75mg / ml crude drug (dilution 1: 8). Its killing effect on vaginal trichomoniasis and Jieeryin similar, but weaker than metronidazole. Show that buckwheat flavonoid complex high concentration (1: 8) of Trichomonas vaginalis has a good killing effect.
