高水平的人际信任能够促进人与人之间的合作,使个体获得更多的情感支持,积极应对社会压力.通过两个实验考察了人际信任水平对于信息型与规范型从众行为的影响.实验一结果显示,高人际信任水平个体在信息型决策中更容易做出从众行为;实验二结果显示,低人际信任个体在规范型决策中更容易跟从群体其他成员的选择,表现出慷慨的亲社会行为.研究结果表明,高人际信任水平个体倾向于信息型从众,低人际信任水平个体则更倾向于规范型从众.
A high level of interpersonal trust can promote interpersonal cooperation, enable individuals to get more emotional support and actively respond to social pressure.Through two experiments, we examine the influence of interpersonal trust on informational and normative follower behavior.Experiment One result shows that individuals with high levels of interpersonal trust are more likely to make follow-up behaviors in information-based decision-making. The second experiment shows that individuals with low interpersonal trust tend to follow the choices of other members of the group more easily in the normative decisions, showing a generous prosocial society Behavior.The results show that individuals with high levels of interpersonal trust tend to be informative and those with lower levels of interpersonal trust are more likely to follow norms.
