对谷参肠安和思密达治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效进行对比观察。６９例溃疡性结肠炎随机分为两组，治疗组３６例口服谷参肠安，对照组３３例口服思密达，观察比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组的显效率和总有效率及随访半年的有效率分别为５５．６％、８６．１％、８０．６％和３０．３％、７２．７％、５７．６％，经统计学处理，两组显效率差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５），总有效率差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），而随访半年后的总有效率则差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５），表明谷参肠安治疗溃疡性结肠炎优于思密达，且无明显副作用，安全方便。
To observe the clinical curative effect of GuZhiXuanAn and Smecta in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. 69 cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group, 36 cases of oral administration of ginseng, and the control group, 33 cases of oral metsemin, were observed and compared the efficacy of the two groups. Results: The effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 55.6%, 86.1%, 80.6% and 30.3%, 72.7% and 57.6 % Respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05), the total effective rate was not significantly different (P> 0.05), but the total effective rate after six months of follow-up was significantly different (P <0.05), indicating that the treatment of ulcer colitis Gutang better than Smectite, and no obvious side effects, safe and convenient.
