福建某铅锌矿选矿厂的尾矿中含锌量达到2.95%,为有效回收利用该资源,对其进行选锌试验研究。试验结果表明:尾矿在磨矿细度为-74μm占75%的情况下,采用1粗3精2扫、中矿返回闭路流程处理,能够获得品位48.94%、回收率79.34%的锌精矿。
The zinc content in the tailings of a lead-zinc ore dressing plant in Fujian reaches 2.95%. In order to effectively recycle this resource, the zinc selection test is conducted. The test results show that when the fineness of grinding tailings is 75%, the coarse tailings are refined by 1 rough, fine 3 and 2 times, and returned to the closed flow process, the zinc concentrate with the grade of 48.94% and the recovery rate of 79.34% can be obtained .
