目的:研究复方辣椒碱毫米波凝胶剂的制备工艺。方法:以复方辣椒碱乳膏为基础,制备纳米乳及纳米乳凝胶;优选凝胶剂中的透皮促渗剂;采用Franz扩散池法,考察体外经皮渗透的毫米波照射条件。结果:药物为纳米乳油相,吐温-80为表面活性剂,1,2-丙二醇为助表面活性剂(KM=3:1);透皮促渗剂的配方为:1%氮酮+15%丙二醇+20%甘油+3%PEG 400,毫米波(8 mm)照射最优条件为距离10 cm,每小时照射10~20 min。体外透皮实验显示,毫米波照射纳米乳凝胶的累积渗透量优于未照射的。结论:体外试验显示,研制的复方辣椒碱纳米乳凝胶在毫米波的辅助作用下,药物透皮释放速率有较大提高,并具速效与缓释的双重作用。
Objective: To study the preparation of compound capsaicin millimeter gel. Methods: Based on the compound capsaicin cream, nanoemulsion and nanoemulsion were prepared. The transdermal penetration enhancer was optimized. The Franz diffusion cell method was used to investigate the in vitro transdermal millimeter wave irradiation conditions. Results: The drug was nanoemulsion phase, with Tween-80 as surfactant and 1,2-propanediol as co-surfactant (KM = 3: 1) % Propylene glycol + 20% glycerol + 3% PEG 400, the optimal conditions for millimeter wave (8 mm) irradiation are 10 cm and 10 ~ 20 min per hour. In vitro transdermal experiments showed that the cumulative infiltration of nanoemulsion with millimeter-wave irradiation was better than that without irradiation. Conclusion: In vitro experiments show that the compound capsaicin nanoemulsion gel with millimeter-wave auxiliary role, the drug transdermal release rate has greatly increased, with a combination of immediate effect and sustained release.
