目的 探讨胆囊癌中CD44V6、E -Cd的表达及意义。方法 应用S -P免疫组织化学方法检测 48例胆囊癌、2 9例胆囊腺瘤性息肉、2 5例慢性结石性胆囊炎中CD44V6、E -Cd的表达情况 ,并分析其与胆囊癌临床病理的关系。结果 E -Cd在胆囊癌、胆囊腺瘤性息肉和慢性结石性胆囊炎中阳性表达率分别为 43 75 %( 2 1/ 48)、72 41%( 2 1/ 2 9)和 96 0 0 %( 2 4/ 2 5 ) ,而CD44V6分别为 64 5 8%( 3 1/ 48)、3 1 0 3 %( 9/ 2 9)、和 4 0 0 %( 1/ 2 5 )。E -Cd、CD44V6与胆囊癌的淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,在三种组织中表达差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 CD44V6在胆囊癌的发生、发展及转移过程中可能起到促进作用 ,而E -Cd可能起到抑制作用。二者综合对预测胆囊癌预后可能有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD44V6 and E-Cd in gallbladder carcinoma. Methods The expression of CD44V6 and E-Cd in 48 cases of gallbladder carcinoma, 29 cases of gallbladder adenomatous polyps and 25 cases of cholestatic cholecystitis were detected by S-P immunohistochemical method and analyzed with the clinicopathological features of gallbladder carcinoma Relationship. Results The positive rates of E-cadherin in gallbladder carcinoma, gallbladder adenomatous polyps and chronic cholecystitis were 43 75% (21/48), 72 41% (21/29) and 96 0 0% (24/25), while CD44V6 was 64 58% (31/48), 31 03% (9/2 9), and 400% (1/25), respectively. E-Cd and CD44V6 were associated with lymph node metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma (P <0.05), and there was significant difference among the three tissues (P <0.05). Conclusion CD44V6 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis, development and metastasis of gallbladder carcinomas, while E-Cd may play an inhibitory role. The combination of the two may predict the prognosis of gallbladder cancer may have some significance.
