目的观察一种等离子体空气消毒机对造血干细胞移植(HSCT)病房空气消毒效果。方法采用激光颗粒计数仪和平板沉降法,对该等离子体空气消毒机净化消毒造血干细胞移植病房空气的效果进行观察。结果启动该等离子空气消毒机运行6 h,可使HSCT病房公共区域空气中0.5μm和0.3μm颗粒洁净度等级分别为十万级和百万级。开机运行2 h后,患者病房空气中0.5μm和0.3μm颗粒物洁净度达到千级。该HSCT病房患者居住区在等离子体消毒机开机后12 h内空气中沉降菌检测为0。结论应用该等离子体空气消毒机对造血干细胞移植层流病房空气中颗粒物洁净效果显著。
Objective To observe the air disinfection effect of a plasma air sterilizer on hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) ward. Methods The laser particle counter and plate sedimentation method were used to observe the effect of purifying and sterilizing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ward air by the plasma air sterilizer. Results The plasma air disinfection machine was started for 6 hours, and the cleanliness levels of 0.5μm and 0.3μm particles in air of HSCT ward were 100,000 and 1 million respectively. After 2 hours of starting up and running, the cleanliness of 0.5μm and 0.3μm particles in the patient’s ward reached 1000. The HSCT patient living area in the plasma disinfection machine within 12 h after the start of airborne bacteria was detected as 0. Conclusion The application of the plasma air disinfection machine to the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation laminar flow ward clean air particulate matter significantly.
