以化工流程企业为对象， 在分析化工行业技术、经济和管理特征的基础上， 阐述了其 Ｃ Ｉ Ｐ Ｓ特征。最后重点对化工企业实施 Ｃ Ｉ Ｐ Ｓ的运作过程中出现的几个亟待解决的关键问题作了研究与探讨。
Based on the analysis of the technical, economic and management characteristics of the chemical industry, this paper expounds its C I P S features. Finally, the key problems which are urgent to be solved during the operation of C I P S in chemical enterprises are mainly discussed and discussed.
