相变材料具有高效的储能特性,将其应用在建筑中能够降低建筑能耗,调整室内环境舒适度,提升建筑材料的功能,从而实现建筑绿色环保的要求。在对相变材料的性质进行综合分析的基础之上,重点探究了相变材料在墙体、屋顶保温隔热,以及室内地板地采暖等方面应用的可行性,并对相变材料的研究方向和未来发展前景进行了展望。
