通过利用性诱剂田间诱蛾试验,发现山东泰安地区枣园中桃小食心虫成虫于6月上中旬开始出现,到9月中旬左右结束,田间有3次大的发蛾高峰,分别出现在6月底7月初、7月底8月初和8月中下旬。室内用异小杆线虫H06侵染桃小食心虫,发现该线虫对桃小食心虫蛹的侵染率高于对老熟幼虫的侵染率。分别在越冬幼虫出土期和第1代老熟幼虫脱果期地面施用异小杆线虫H06悬浮液,对桃小食心虫的防治效果达90.1%,与2.5%溴氰菊酯乳油2 000倍液连续喷洒2次处理的防治效果相当,说明在枣园可以利用昆虫病原线虫生物防治桃小食心虫,以取代化学防治。
