目的研究运用乳腺数字化摄影结合乳腺核心穿刺活检及真空抽吸活检诊断乳腺癌的临床意义。方法采用乳腺数字化摄影对乳腺门诊患者进行筛选,对于53例影像改变可疑病例进行立体定位核心穿刺活检和真空抽吸式活检,取得活检组织进行免疫组化分析,获得病灶准确的病理结果。结果经摄影结合活检,随访术后,结果证明,诊断正确率明显优于单纯运用摄影及其他检查方法,与外科手术切检相比有较大优越性。结论数字化乳腺摄影结合立体定位核心穿刺活检及真空抽吸活检是一种经济简便、快速、损伤小且准确率较高,诊断乳腺癌、提高其术后早期生存率的新方法。 Objective To study the clinical significance of using breast digital photography combined with breast core biopsy and vacuum suction biopsy to diagnose breast cancer. Methods Breast clinic was screened by digital mammography. Three-dimensional core biopsy and vacuum suction biopsy were performed on 53 cases of suspected imaging changes. The biopsy tissues were obtained for immunohistochemical analysis and the accurate pathological results were obtained. Results of the combination of biopsy and follow-up after surgery, the results show that the diagnostic accuracy was significantly better than the simple use of photography and other examination methods, compared with surgical resection has greater advantages. Conclusion Digital mammography combined with stereotactic core biopsy and vacuum suction biopsy is a new method which is simple, rapid, less invasive and more accurate. It can diagnose breast cancer and improve its early postoperative survival rate.
