在电力电子变换器应用过程中,经常出现各种形式的失效和损坏.实践表明多数的损坏与瞬态能量过于集中有关.针对电力电子变换器的物理特征,从电磁能量变换的角度提出脉冲功率及其序列是电力电子变换技术的基础的观点.分析了电力电子装置中的开关器件、导电电路和控制系统中的脉冲功率瞬态过程,并以在高压大容量样机中的试验中发现的一些脉冲现象为基础予以阐释.基于电力电子学中的脉冲功率瞬态过程研究,对于解决电力电子装置中出现的器件失效、装置损坏等问题具有极为重要的理论和实际应用意义,并将成为今后电力电子领域内的一个重要的研究方向.
