以人为本,锻造一支既掌握过硬技能、又具有较高综合素质的员工队伍是煤炭企业实现源头安全生产、实现本质安全的根本保证。但目前大多数企业的培训往往采用灌输的方式,培训虽然在一定程度上会起到积极作用,但员工是在被动接受的状态下去学习、锻炼,效果较差。这就要求企业引入新的管理理念,积极引导员工加强自我管理培养,变被动接受为主动学习。而自我管理的核心便是主动,所以说,加强员工自我管理培养,是提高员工的操作技能、实现“本质安全人”的需要,也是实现企业的健康、安全发展的需要。

However, at present, the training of most enterprises often adopts the method of inculcation.
