以长势良好的红豆杉中部枝条上的叶片为试材,采用人工配制pH分别为6.7、5.6、4.0、2.5的酸雨模拟溶液连续喷洒叶片4d,以自来水喷洒对照组,测定供试叶片的叶绿素荧光参数、叶绿素含量、相对电导率和抗氧化物酶的变化值。结果表明:随着时间推移,红豆杉的Fv/Fm值、叶绿素含量呈下降趋势,pH 2.5时,Fv/Fm值、叶绿素含量下降程度最大;红豆杉的相对电导率、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性均呈上升趋势,pH 2.5时上升幅度最大;表明酸雨对红豆杉生长的各项生理指标有显著影响。
Taking the growing leaves of the middle part of Taxus chinensis as test material, the artificial simulated pH of acid solution of 6.7, 5.6, 4.0 and 2.5 was used to spray the leaves continuously for 4 days, and the control group was sprayed with tap water. The chlorophyll fluorescence Parameters, chlorophyll content, relative conductivity and antioxidant enzyme changes. The results showed that with the passage of time, the Fv / Fm value and the chlorophyll content of Taxus cuspidata decreased. At pH 2.5, the Fv / Fm value and the chlorophyll content decreased most. It showed that acid rain significantly affected the physiological indexes of Taxus chinesis.
