Governance theory is widely used in practice, and its flaws are gradually revealed, it can no longer effectively respond to the actual needs of our country. Therefore, rooted in the concrete reality in our country, it is imperative to propose a new analytical framework. Green governance includes such elements as a transparent government, a green economy and a harmonious society. It also provides a new theoretical concern for the current economic and social development in our country through efficient, coordinated and sustainable operation of the dynamic mechanism, supportive mechanism and safeguarding mechanism.
