利用漏斗粘度法考察了增粘剂、降滤失剂、油层保护剂和加重剂对钻井液粘度的影响,确定了无固相钻井液初始配方范围为:增粘剂1%~3%、降滤失剂1%~3%、油层保护剂1%~3%、加重剂适量。通过L_(25)(5~6)正交实验,从粘度、切力、滤失量等性能对钻井液配方进行优化,确定了无固相钻井液配方为:增粘剂2%、降滤失剂2%、油层保护剂2%、加重剂适量。此钻井液静切力小,表观粘度42.1 mPa·s,动切力11.3 Pa,润滑系数0.0787,API滤失量5.5 mL,HTHP滤失量14.2 mL。
The influence of viscosifier, filtrate reducer, reservoir protection agent and weighting agent on the viscosity of drilling fluid was investigated by using the funnel viscosity method.
