Objective: To study the effect of different levels of physical activity on cardiovascular endurance and exercise blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: A total of 206 primary and middle-aged patients with hypertension without hypertension and 206 normal middle-aged and elderly patients aged 45-65 years were selected. All subjects were divided into normal low physical activity group (NLP group), normal physical activity group (NMP group), low blood pressure physical activity group (HLP group) and physical activity group (HMP group). An International Physical Fitness Questionnaire (IPAQ) survey and exercise stress test were conducted. Results: 1) Compared with HLP group, VO2 / Kg @ peak and METs in HMP group were significantly different (P <0.05); 2) Compared with HLP group, the initial SBP, SBP amplitude, The initial DBP, DBP recovery and DBP amplitude had significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions: 1) Cardiovascular endurance is higher in patients with moderate physical activity than in those with low physical activity; 2) Compared with patients with low physical activity, the patients with moderate physical activity have lower resting diastolic blood pressure and contractile after exercise Pressure, diastolic blood pressure decreased more pronounced.
