目的考察放置时间对阿咖酚散中杂质水杨酸检查的影响。方法采用Hanbon Packing Material Lichrospher5-C18色谱柱,以磷酸盐缓冲液为流动相,检测波长为254nm,用高效液相色谱法测定。结果随着供试品溶液放置时间的延长,阿司匹林含量在降低,杂质水杨酸的含量在增加,放置8小时后,水杨酸的含量比放置20分钟要高9.7倍。结论在对阿咖酚散中阿司匹林进行含量测定和水杨酸杂质检查时要快速配置样品,即配即用。
Objective To investigate the effect of placement time on the impurity salicylic acid in acacia powder. Methods Hanbon Packing Material Lichrospher 5-C18 column was used. Phosphate buffer was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results With the prolonged storage of the test solution, the content of aspirin was decreased and the content of impurity salicylic acid was increased. After 8 hours of storage, the content of salicylic acid was 9.7 times higher than that of 20 minutes.
