设计了一种基于模糊自整定PID的再流焊设备温度的自动调节系统。采用西门子S7-200 PLC作为现场控制器,接收各类传感信息的输入,通过与VB开发的组态工程上位机进行数据通信,自动地实现了热风机、加热丝、冷风机和抽风机等设备的精密控制。该系统用于无锡商业职业技术学院“SMT教学工厂”的生产线实际运行显示,系统控温精度高,自调整能力强,运行稳定。
A self-adjusting system of temperature of reflow equipment based on fuzzy self-tuning PID is designed.
