在课堂中,每一个学生都是教师关注的对象,当老师关注了每一个学生的发展时,学生反过来也会关注老师,因为老师的关注,学生就会想要学,期待学,认真学,学生就会全身心的投入到学习上。这样的学习气氛,同时也会影响老师的教学,激发老师的教学兴趣,就会积极创设更多的教学情境,尽力让每个学生都发挥他们的学习潜能。
