为进一步营造激励企业自主创新的环境,推动企业成为技术创新的主体,国务院发布了《国家中长期科学与技术发展规划纲要(2006～2020)》(国发[2005]44号)和《国务院关于印发<国家中长期科学与技术发展规划纲要(2006～2020)>若干配套政策的通知》(国发[2006]6号)。
In order to further create a stimulating environment for independent innovation and encourage enterprises to become the mainstay of technological innovation, the State Council promulgated the Outline for the National Medium and Long-term Scientific and Technological Development Plan (2006-2020) (Guo Fa [2005] No. 44) and the State Council’s Promulgating a number of supporting policies on the Outline of National Medium and Long-term Scientific and Technological Development Plan (2006 ~ 2020) (Guo Fa [2006] No. 6).
